FR4 TG150 With filling
Characteristics :
- TG >= 150°
- TD = 330°
- Expansion in Ƶ (50 ° - 260 ° C) = 3.30%
- IPC sheet 4101 C /97/98/99/101
- Max operating temperature T° = 130 ° C
Advantages/ Disadvantages:
- ROHS compliant wiring.
- Low expansion in Ƶ.
- Good quality / price ratio for industrial applications.
- Operating temperature limited to certain operations.
FR4 TG175 Without filling
Characteristics :
- TG ≥ 175°
- TD = 350°
- Expansion in Ƶ (50° - 260° C) = 2.80 %
Advantages/ Disadvantages :
- ROHS compliant wiring.
- Very low expansion in Ƶ.
- Very stable materials.

- TG ≥ 175°
- TD = 340°

- IPC sheet 4101 C / 21/24/26/98/99/101/126
- Max Operating T ° = 130 ° C

- TG ≥ 250°
- TD = 405°

Advantages/ Disadvantages:
- Very good stability.
- Application at high temperatures.
- Strong humidity absorption (tempering is important and necessary).
- Application type: aerospace or embedded in harsh environments.
